    Hi,

Could you please let me know if you have hardware accelerated GPU scheduling (HAGS) enabled in Windows settings?

On Windows 11 you can find this setting located under System > Display > Graphics

On Windows 10 you can find it by going to System > Display > Graphics settings > Under Default click on Change default graphics settings

So should we be turning this off, or turning it on? I get the same crash with GPU DEVICE HUNG error whether it's off or on.

Theres only one thing that fixed my problem. I got a refund and i am happy now 😛

I have every battlefield game only this one is crashing for me.

  • I’ve tried probably ten different drivers, three different video cards (amd and nvidia), two PSUs, three different ram sets, two different motherboards, and two different CPUs. The only thing that has stayed consistent is the case and the game.

  • (Also having crashing issues on 4090)

If I go into that area you mentioned, and click "Change default graphics settings" it defaults to HAGS=on. Is that good or bad?
