Cosmetics not crossplatforming

Hey yall I’m Sol_Forger,

I bought the ultimate edition on ps5 years ago when the game launched, I recently got back into it on PC(steam)(same username)(all accounts are linked to the same EA account).

how can I access my cosmetics I had purchased on a different platform? the Casper and ranger skin where epic. My cross progression was linked automatically and I figeted around with the ea app and it’s not providing me with a fix on the application. I did also try to make a case for it (212171028) and they said to make a forum post. Help!
