Killed by invisible enemy players

Summarize your bug I am being killed by invisible enemy players.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue. I am playing normally.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am insta-killed by an enemy, but they are not visible on my screen (before death), not on the minimap, nor in the death cam.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see the enemy

I have been noticing this more and more but today 3/4 of my deaths were from invisible players. For example, I am capping a flag, facing away from the flag and I am shot in the face by an enemy from that direction, I get the hit indicator, I die, but the enemy is never visible. There is no player highlighted in the death cam.

    @bitcloudrzr yeah it is wild and seems to be happening to me more than ever before.

    There seem to be 3 conditions. I can see enemies all the time, I can see enemies after they kill me, or enemies are completely invisible, even after death.
