Re: Weapons Sniper and SOFLAM scope glints now show from a further distance

I recall that a video was saying that the glint was not showing beyond 500 meters per patch.

Were they that concerned about the non existent 500+ M snipers?

In any case I do not get why the SOFLAM should have a glint. It is not OHKing people, it is not even hurting them,

I get the possible need for a lock on source hitmarker for the vehicles but why should someone spotting for their team with the BF2042 SOFLAM aka BF4 PLD have their location broadcast to every enemy sniper in that direction? It is like saying not to spot with the SOFLAM
