Bug with buying BFC via steam

Summarize your bug Weird issue when buying BFC. Transaction is confirmed in steam, but BF 2042 throws a transaction failed error and says transaction is cancelled, even though it actually went through. Balance remained unchanged until restart.

Hi!
I decided to buy 1100 BFC pack in order to buy premium. I go through the whole purchasing routine through steam and all that, all seemingly good on steam end, but when i press "authorize" in steam i get an error message in BF saying something along the lines "something went wrong. transaction cancelled" (didn't screenshot as i didn't assume it was bugged, but a normal error and my money being returned). I check my steam wallet which says 0 so i assume the whole thing failed. I try a second time, same thing happens. Now I'm getting frustrated and add 15$ to my steam wallet directly in steam and try to authorize a transaction to BF again; same error again! But now i notice that my steam wallet is at 5$ - i check purchasing history and sure enough i have apperantly successfully bought 3 10$ packs... So I restart the game and there's now 3300 more coins in my wallet. I get this game is a bit buggy still 1 year after launch, but this bug just cost me 20$. Any possibility to get a refund on two of these purchases?
PS: Already tried refund through steam, they say I need to talk to EA. Screenshot of steam transactions in attached image.
