@Gurz1019_MP Do you mean it's not unlocked? Or do you mean the achievement is unlocking too early?

- @ElliotLH It means that the release is too early. Since it says "earn grade 1," this should mean mastery 40. In fact, similar achievements for gadgets and specialists were unlocked at Mastery 40. I have also acquired Mastery 1 or higher for all other vehicles, and still this achievement was not lifted. Only the newly added Pondhawk behaves this way, so it is probably a bug.
- @Gurz1019_MP Got you and that does indeed sound like a bug.
I wonder if they were trying to make the Pondhawk couldn't towards the achievement (I dont believe the other FLC vehicles work with it, but may be mixed up) and something went wrong? Can confirm, I just got that achievement simply by reaching T5 using Pondhawk on PC.
