Re: Can't invite/join my friend

I began to notice this problem even before the new year, at the end of December.
I use EA App and my friend uses Steam.
Previously, my friend was on the list and we played without any problems. But when the problems started, a friend was online in the EA App. The status indicated that he was playing BF2042, but when he entered the game, he was not displayed online.
At the same time, my other friend who plays on PS5, in the game BF2042 itself, I see him online and he sees me.

What has already been checked:
1. My game was checked (restored).
2. A friend’s game was checked (restored).
3. EA App was checked (restored) and reinstalled.
4. A friend’s Steam was checked (restored) and reinstalled.
5. I tried using a different router at home.
6. Disable the antivirus on my computer.
7. A friend’s Internet provider was changed.
8. Unfriended each other. In the game itself, BF2042 was added again as a friend.
9. Added and removed to the black list (blocked) each other.

After these things, everything doesn’t show up in the BF2042 game online.

My guess is that this problem is related to two options:
1. Incorrect update in EA App or Steam. The application itself works, but does not transmit (receive) information from BF2042 about the player’s Online status.
2. Probably some kind of update was installed automatically in Windows, which does not allow transmitting (receiving) information from BF2042 about the player’s Online.
I have Windows 10 Pro, my friend has Windows 11 Pro.
3. On the EA BF2042 servers there is such and such a technical glitch that does not transmit between the EA App and Steam that the player is online and playing.

After a month of searching for a solution to the problem, I found it.
In my case, the "PRO32 Ultimate Security" antivirus was installed. I completely removed it and the game began to transfer the game status to the EA App.
If you have PRO32 Ultimate Security installed, then I advise you to go to “Settings” - “General Settings” - “Deep Network Monitor” - “Advanced Settings” - “Applications”.
Add "EADesktop.exe" and add the path (default) "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop" to the exception. After this, everything will work and your friends will be able to see you, and you will be able to see them. And you can play together.
I hope I can help someone with this.
