Try driver version 572.16 for example. Or maybe 1-2 versions newer

Yeah if you read into the message more it's a driver crash not an unplugged card. Try rolling back and if anything run a DDU to ensure as clean an install of the driver as possible. I had a few of those pop up and fortunately just verifying game files was enough for me (kept hanging when loading Renewal).

Hey there EliteMk7​ , so as mentioned by others here, the language of the Error is a bit simplified here, while the graphics card has obviously not been physically removed the driver itself has likely crashed causing Direct X to stop being able to see/access it as was mentioned by Chris_Hawkner​ and as is also called out in the body of the error here:

The OP of the linked thread was able to resolve the issue by rolling back their Nvidia driver to GeForce Game Ready Driver 566.36. As well Chris_Hawkner​ seems to have been able to resolve his issue by verifying game files.

I would ask that you first try to update your drivers to the newest to see if that resolves your issue and if not then try both of the above solutions and let us know if you continue to run into the issue. If the issue persists please provide us with a DxDiag so we can look into this further for you.

After latest update constant crashing no matter what gpu driver i use i have astral 5090 oc same error says gpu removed hung

I tried everything nothing works always crashing during gameplay especially with dlss it does faster

I ran into this error message a few times as well. The error can also be caused by undervolting the GPU too hard (with Afterburner or similar programs). At least that was the case for me.

I recommend to perform clean installation for your graphics driver and install few versions older one

How about the fix what they ruined with latest update 

Did you try to downgrade your driver?

i can't test latest driver atm because i am banned from bf2042 due to EA's new fancy anti-cheat
