MASTERY LEVELS NOT WORKING

Summarize your bug When i play games any gun kills or gadget use or explosives or specialist level up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sorry wouldn't have a clue how you can find it yourselves.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i play what ever number of kills or gadget usage i have is exactly the same after the game has ended, nothing is leveling up.
What should be happening instead? What should be happing is at the end of each game the kills and other gadget usages should be added to the count.

If i play a game and use a gun that is level 14 with 10 kills out of 30 to next level at the end of the game the gun is still level 14 with 10 kills out of 30. If i use Falck to heal and revive, Angel resupply, Dozer auto cannon or any specialist none of their levels go up. If i start a game and a specialist needs 100 or 50 or 800 of something to level up then after the game they still need 100 or 50 or 800. If i use main weapons the level and count till next level up don't change, this is the same for secondary weapons, gadgets, explosives, grenades, rockets and specialists, none of it goes up, all the kills and gadget usage in the games just don't get added to any of the mastery levels.

I've gotten used to the fact that nothing on my game will level up because it's been going on for well over a year now but it's getting rather annoying that none of it's working. So if anyone can help me solve this problem it would be much appreciated.
