Re: EA anticheat   make   asus  com service crash /error a lot (asus armoury crate)

anybody else having those issues  also ?  it only happens when i boot battlefield 2042 with other games  armoury crate and asus com service just work as normal   but when booting  battlefield 2042  the asus com service stoppes responding with loads of continous errors and armoury crate not functioning properly

Some other people got this issue in the past also.
Make sure all youre AMD software (armory crate ect ect) is uptodate.

Some need to uninstall all armory crate software with the AMD UNINSTALL TOOL.
Reboot system, then redownload latest armoury software and install it.

hello i have intel but  thats what i did and not only that i did multiple installs and reinstalls of windows /armoury crate uninstalls and resinstalls on windows 10 and 11 and  issue comes back all the time been checking it out the last two weeks and i notice thats its only is with ea anticheat from battlefield 2042  older version of anticheat what bugged last night didnt give me any issue  but wasnt able to play  , even as i tried different games and no issue 

btw dxdiag  say no issue  here si some other screens i also uploaded at asus  but the last two weeks im sure and found out its a ea anticheat  and asus  com service thing   tbh i think ea anti cheat makes asus com service not able to respond anymore  due to certain  file restrictions cos  of cheats these days    but what i did was     let ea and also asus notice it so they can and  maybe fix the issue 

oh and btw i did everything updated to lates and so on  nothing issue stays what also  did i just asked a friend  today to check and he  has it too  asus com service stop responding

oke doen we het in het nederelands is wat fijner ook   maar zoals ik al eerder zei heb echt alles geprobeerd  van windows 10 to windows 11 alle versies drivers echt alles het blijft komen maar omdat ik een ruyinn III cooler heb die temps aangeven en waarvan ik denk dat die juist de asus com service nodig heeft omdat hij stopt met temps geven op beeldscherm als ik bf2024 ga spelen en de error  begint.

de msdeg.exe is een  foutje van microsft edge tijdens een update die  bevroor en heb ik via  cntr alt delet gesloten en weer geopend.

de driver   van de chipset klopt ook ben op een na laatste gaan zitten even die loopt het soepelste voor nu maar heb daarvoor ook alle laatste drivers gedaan zelfde probleem  ook intel driver update tool gedaan  zelfs

moederboard is rog maximus hero XI   en ik weet is al een oudje aan het worden 

en ik kan die asus service niet uitzetten dat heeft te maken met het  de hardware en software die moeten samen werken zoals rgb en cooler (ruyinn III) 

en zoals ik al zei en ook op rog forum heb geplaatst het ligt echt aan battlefield 2042  heb het  geteste na fresh install windows  en helldivers 2 gaan spelen  en daarvij   geen enkel  probleem tot ik battlefield 2042 weer opstarte en na de splashscreen  tot in menu begint het hele euvel weer  tot eergister dat er de bug was in battlefield dat mensen er op werden gewezen dat ze een oudere versie anti cheat hadden  en daar komt nu het leuke ik had dat ook en was nog in het menu en alles liep probleemloos   zelfs cooler liet alle temps zien en geen asus com service dus ik dacht yes ik heb het gefixed en wat denk je ? yep daar komt ie    toen kregen we deze  ------> EA Anti Cheat update error - DownloadManifest failed error 12002:209 - Answer HQ  yep een oudere versie anti cheat door een bug en moest updaten  toen wist ik het 10000% zeker  het ligt echt aan de anti cheat heb namelijk alles uitgesloten ben er al  2 weken mee bezig elke dag zelfs windows instaleren opnieuw  soms wel 2 keer op 1 dag  het is iets met ea anticheat wat  bestanden of dergelijken moet uitsluiten is wat ik aan neem zelfs omdat ze tegenwoordig cheats injecteren toch ? dus dat klinkt al  heel logisch en ik denk dat ea  anti cheat en het asus  framework / bestand dus   botsen / elkaar tegenwerken  en denk dat de anti cheat mischien de asus service com als maliscious ziet of iets dergelijks of zelfs  helemaal blokt met communicatie met asus framework  dat klinkt allemaal best heel logisch

oh btw om  maar effe gek te doen heb ik jou chipset link ook maar een keer gedaan nu net ik gebruikte paar dagen geleden intel dsa  voor update naar alles

en wat mij ook opviel is in de asus  com service error zat ook dit

PEbiosinterface32.dll  error zat mijn bios niet te oud zijn ?of daar iets mee te maken hebben ? maar krijg al   paar jaar geen  bios updates meer

atkexComSvc nodig om tussen mijn moedreboard en cooler te kunnen communiceren heb de pagina die jij gedeeld had ook al eerder geprobeerd (meerdere opties gedaan) maar dan  gaat de cooler niet meer werken zoals hij  kan / hoort

@ScHeLiE-NeLiEJa dit probleem heb zich ook in het verleden voor gedaan.
Sommigen kon verder als men asus framework niet liet starten/stopte.
Er is ook een work around waar je 3 services uit kunt zetten.
Zal ff zoeken naar die topics en dan edit ik de post hier met de Linkjes naar die topics !!

@Rokebo73top thnx man ik ga effe lezen hele dag weer opnieuw install gedaan en klooien om het goed te krijgen ik ga nu die manieren van jou effe doorbladeren en proberen kijken of dat gaat

Guys I really hope you can help me too, I'm experiencing exactly the same problem!

My motherboard is an Asus Rog Maximus Z790 Dark hero, I also have the Asus ROG Ryujin III 360 and like our friend I display the CPU and GPU temperatures on the Ryujin's screen, and when I launch Battlefield 2042, the temperature displayed on the Ryujin III freezes and it even happened that my fans don't behave as usual, as I manage my fans via Armoury Crate...

I also have, as soon as I launch the game, lots of errors in the Windows event viewer linked to Asus, which is no longer a surprise I think...

I searched the whole Internet, I barely found your topic. I have the same problem, when starting the BF2042, the speed control is disabled. 

I take it there is no solution?
