The solution to the error was weird, funny, and simple

What worked for me is:

Keep spamming the ok button, click on the desktop occasionally, the error will go away then sometimes come back, keep spamming ok on the error box.
The game eventually loads up. There ya go. hope this helps.

As for the ' disable console' within the game, you absolutely have to use notepad++ on the file / prosave.
Carefully / cautiously edit the 1 to a 0 on the line where enableconsole is. PLEASE Read my updates in the original post up top for more info.

I am definitely not an expert on this stuff.

I just want to play BF and have fun, AND NOT DIE FROM PRESSING CONSOLE BUTTON, hahaha...
