Re: Depth Chart and subbing players

@quanteznc78 From what I was reading here, the subs on the depth chart are per-formation instead of all formations (I don't own the game yet, just based on what I had read here and reddit, I'm still waiting for some of this stuff to be fixed/changed).

So if you changed formation from shotgun to pistol [or whatever] they would have stayed/slotted in for the other formation. I'd be happy to be told I was wrong/ that isn't the way it works, just my understanding.

  • @Anobix It is and isn't. EA has coded certain formations to use certain personnel so all 3WR sets put the SLWR in the slot and a lot of goalline and heavy sets put the PWHB at RB instead of the generic HB spot. Sometimes it is intuitive and sometimes it's not. For my running backs I set all 3 charts to the same thing HB/3DHB/PWHB to avoid this issue entirely and make sure everything is even. However there is also a per formation sub you can do also which does permanently change that specific formation until you manually fix it back
