Solo Battles Not Registering, No EXP and No Objectives Updating

Same thing is happening to me, I played the bonus game and none of my points registered, thought it was just a glitch but played another game and it says I should have 9,979 points and my battle score is still showing 0

Come on EA make a game that works this is sad

I know right? They told me to uninstall the game and reinstall it and I did that. They told me to clear the cache and I did that. It’s obvious that not everyone is having this issue because other people are having their scores count because I can see them on the leaderboard. They are also PS5 players, so I know it’s not a console issue. I have made a post on this forum about it a couple times and the moderators never answer me. EA’s help department is an absolute joke. They are a billion dollar company and can’t afford a competent help department? Can’t ever talk to a live agent and when you chat with a “live agent” it feels like you are talking to a bot. I literally have 3 tickets open for EA technical issues that has cost me content, time, and money. I know it won’t do anything but I’m still going to inform the BBB. Don’t have nothing but time on my hands. It’s about the principles. I’ll let you know if I find a fix for it. 

I’m having the exact same issue.  It hasn’t worked since solo battles first came available.  Well, for me anyway.  Would love to have this issue fixed, relatively soon.  

Yes I am getting the same exact thing. My working theory it that it's a visual glitch. I played last week (Never finished playing all the games) but it showed me ranked in one of the rankings if I look at last weeks standings. I don't know if I got the rewards though. Thus leads to the issue of rewards and exp. I went through a Help Chat with EA and they said they put a ticket in to fix it but god knows when that will be. I would suggest keep doing them and hopefully it'll get fixed and we won't miss out on the rewards. It is a bit frustrating though.

I am having the same issues. I am playing and winning but getting no rank or XP...it's frustrating because I've gone undefeated this week and I have no rank...

@McTruckin been glitchy like that since the game launched. I have video and screenshot proof of both it not ranking me and also giving me less than 1000 coins when I do rank. Talked the the people at EA chat and they said they are "aware" but did not offer a solution and the guys here in the forum have no power at all to give us any missing items. I am putting together a short film on all my missing items, card packs, coins and points and eventually one day my lazy * will post it to YT to counter all the dudes who hype this game on the daily. I added up the missing coins from all the glitched challenges and it is over 300k since day 1 that I should have, that's a lot. I could maybe get an 87 overall with that money.   

That's crazy man...that's trash they don't fix it right away..it's been like that for me last 2 weeks now I feel ya on all the missing coin...I spent 100$ on the pre order don't expect the game to be this damn glitchy like that...it's disappointing
