they don't help at all, they just keep you in a chatroom for half an hour and then tell you to call a number where they can help you further. I'm looking through google atm to find a keygen program that will work, i suggest you do the same

Yes they can help if the code was printed wrong but if you have lost the registration key you have to pay EA $10.00 USD witch is fair I mean they don't know if you brought the game or downloaded it. go here it will explaine it better http://help.ea.com/en/article/obtaining-a-replacement-registration-code/
