Custom schedules in dynasty mode ncaa25 not working

After our last season in our shared online dynasty we decided to move with ECU out of the AAC to the ACC and also San Diego state from the MWC to the SEC. 
So it was swapping 

we didn’t just add them, we swapped out a team so it wouldn’t make conferences sizes any different .

SDSU For Vanderbilt 

then once we got to customize schedules I tried to schedule specific non conference games for us and anytime I did anything it gave the error screen that one or more players didn’t meet the requirements .

i even tried to just change home to away games vice versa. Also tried to just re generate the schedule in hopes it would give more exciting non conference games for us  and the generate new schedule tab worked, but once I’d try to exit out the same error popped up with us not meeting the requirements and had to go back to the original schedule . 

very frustrating cause we really enjoy schedule difficult non conference games and like our current teams with ECU and SDSU so wanted to move to bigger conferences than what we were in. 

is this something you’ve seen or heard or could be working on?
