Yes you can.
Well, it's not like transferring your base and army to a new world, it's more like starting over, but after logging in, you can, before you click on the big "Play Now" button, click on the "Change server" link underneath, and make your choice.
I suggest starting on one of the newer worlds if you want to start over. 🙂
OK So you make a massive investment into a world that gets over run by ONE MASSIVE team that will not allow anyone to live more than a moment...you are in the level 40's with your bases and you want me to START OVER?
This is absolutely NOT what I want.
I want to move all of my assets to another world ASAP, I paid for all of these.

There is no way they would allow you to take your resources from 1 server to another, if they allow you to take your resources then they have to allow everyone else. Which means you will run into same type of alliances in every world you go to. And you do realize this is war game right? People do not play nice in war game.
So either you start over or you keep playing this server you are on and either:
1. Jump to different sector to avoid this person/alliance.
2. Change alliance (obviously the alliance you are on is targeted).
3. Spend more TA funds to make yourself stronger so you can fight back or at least defend yourself (EA would love this).
4. quit playing this game because what you are describing happens to everyone in every server.
This is online game where you play against Forgotten (server) and other player, you do not get to choose to only fight forgotten.
Before you even ask if EA would give you your money back, you might want to read End User Licenses Agreement (EULA) when you originally created your account, and the answer to that question is no.
