If they did the balance patch suggested here, the bug would probably be fixed. The issue is with how fast the bike missiles move.
The bug is not obvious looking at it (in fact the bug only happens on the 2nd volley). The outcome of this combat isn't altered, but other combats might be, like against drone swarm.
Basically, the missiles are clumping too much and hitting a low HP enemy at the same time. This is a result of the right-most bike always being the first to shoot, but being the furthest away [when firing from the right side of an enemy]. The second bike is closer to the target, so the missiles overlap. This bug can occur if the [bike is firing from the bottom left of an enemy], however it will be the 2nd bike's missile overlapping with the 3rd bike's missile in that case.
The fix is to reduce the travel time for the missiles. It may look incredibly dumb, the missiles will look like they are hypersonic, but it will probably fix the problem most of the time. Snipers rarely have the issue because their 'missiles' travel very fast (they take about 0.2s to reach a target at 2 range, and as little as 0.1s at 1 range). Snipers have the same distance problem as bikes, but their projectiles are 125x faster.
It may be possible to make the missiles always arrive at the target after a specific period of time has elapsed so it doesn't look dumb, but in the past, bike missiles were bugged where they would be too slow to catch the target. I think there is a risk that using code that dynamically alters missile speed would cause that bug to come back. https://www.reddit.com/r/cncrivals/comments/az5qwg/very_slow_bike_missiles/
Most of these types of bugs would be resolved if they did the suggested balance patch at [Rivals] Balance Patch needed. VOICE your support, don't let this game die!. | EA Forums - 12136929
