rtg always sims on 4th down with offense on field

I have played Road To Glory a lot and noticed that over 90% of the time the system will SIM 4th down, even of the offense stays on the field.  Ther have only been a small handfull of times where it will let me run a play on 4th and short or 4th and goal, but a vast majority of the time When I SIM on Normal I will see the play the offense ran and didn't get first down, or it will sim for a split second ad I am back on offense just a few yards ahead of where my first down gain would have been.  Is this something that will be addressed in the next title update?  I play on the PS5.
