Do you actually play the games in your Dynasty/Franchise? Idk how you do it but playing 13-16 games per season at 9 minute quarters in the pursuit of realistic play counts, I find 30 seasons to be more than plenty. In NHL I don't play quick games either so 82 of them plus playoffs hardly requires more than 10 seasons, let alone 25.
Not at all saying whatever you do is wrong or my way is better--there's a gazillion ways to enjoy a legacy mode--but if you're the type who simulates all your games and focuses solely on the management aspect... there are other games out there that do it far better than a gameplay-focused EA sports title. OOTP, Draft Day Sports, Football Manager, etc.
