I need to Change Email Address

...I don't  have  my old   email  anymore   ......   and  it requests   that  my old email  be used  first.

.. and i don't remember  my password...  Norton security  had this...   and it is  also  now deleted from my computer....  

 I need help asap !!!   My C&C  tiberrium allinces  game  Is  my fulltime game  in my life..

and  i need to get into it asap !!
