I completed another season last night, only got 1 pack. It had 4 players in it. This time there were no losses and it still made me play 4 playoff games on top of the 5 regular wins. I recorded that as well. I'd love to get two packs for winning it all. I bought the standard edition maybe that is why???
I get 2 fg packs when completing the all American. They updated it Thursday.
The difference from the fg and hail Mary pack is one extra player. I believe the odds are identical
I'm getting shafted then. I have a season going right now. Perfect 5-0 about to start the playoffs later tonight after the fam goes to bed. The last two All American levels I finished I only got 1 pack, and have video proof. Not that EA will give me free packs to make up for it, but I am feeling a bit cheated. Is it because I bought the standard edition?
@45251504fe6a0cb9That’s definitely odd that you’re still only getting 1. Hopefully it’s fixed with this latest season you’re working on. I really don’t think that it would make a difference which edition you got. Basically everything the deluxe edition gives is listed in the game description.
As far as your playoff games, when you say 4, you mean 3 playoff games plus the national championship right? Because I think that’s normal and what i got each time.
I have standard edition on Xbox one. The initial pack you receive has two packs in it when opened
When I played Freshman and Varsity I only played 3 playoff games. Sugar, Cotton and Natty. I received a buy on the first round game each time. For some reason All American has me play that 1st round for four total games. Sometimes it is Sugar twice and at least once I played the Natty twice.
They fixed it I think. At least the packs. I played two seasons today and got two packs after each championships. Of course in season two my post-season games were the Sugar Bowl then back to back Natty's (no Cotton Bowl). That victory gave me two packs 1 FG (with 4 players) and 1 Hail Mary (with 3 players).

I was affected but never received the make-good. I have video proof from my PS5 too. Do I need to send the videos to someone?

I have been recording the video when I win as proof I am only getting one pack, and 99.9 percent of the time that pack is crap. Only once did I get a decent player and was shocked as heck. It was an 83 Marshall Faulk (sold him though as I have the 85 MF). Usually two of the players I am getting are in the 60's and the other two in the 70's, mid to low 70's in fact. I'm not joking when I say I still have three players on my roster in the 70's as starters because I have bought some expensive players I like with my coins and not spread the coins over other positions.
Not that it is all bad, Mason Fakahua (who my high school son has nicknamed F*** A You Ah) has been clutch at only a 77. Just wish I could get a better kicker than 74, I barely make those long field goal challenges and dudes range is only about 39 yards. 40+ I have messed every time.
Anyway, hope they fix it and hope we get something decent. I'd be happy as heck if they gave us a pack with 3 really good players and we got to pick one. Like high 80's players not the 80 and 81 dudes I always seem to get when I open a pack from the special cards.
@EA_Kent is it time to reach out again? None of us got the make-goods for this.
