Use steam.

Ther is an description in the steam comunity. You have to ad the game as an foreign game to steam. the you go to the start options and wirte -ui just like you've allready did. After you did thiseverytimme when you start the game over steam you get the normal launcher.

Another problem is my mod tab appears but it didn't find the mods in the folder. do you have an idea?
