@ackbar3125 From what I've seen around this place, this is an issue in one of the newer NVidia drivers, and the simplest solution is to downgrade your driver...

The "Exception in exception handler" issue is apparently a problem with the newer Intel HD drivers. More info on that can be found here:
The only solution that's been found so far was downgrading the drivers to a version from around midway 2014. This is not a forum about helping you with installing drivers, though. I suggest you look somewhere else if you need help with that.

You can contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. You can get a chat session with a live representative by selecting your game and then going to the bottom of the page and selecting "contact us". However, I just gave you the only known solution to this particular problem, and they're unlikely to know more about it.
As far as I know there is no one "responsible for C&C" ar EA; since the cancellation of Generals 2, there is no "C&C team" employed at EA. EA_Tom often seems to check this section, but I'm not sure there would be much use bothering him with this, since, as I said, I just gave you the only known solution for this problem.
