Thanks glussier! Once I got past that point I learned a lot more and am now making decent progress. Thanks for taking the time to help out a novice. I was so frustrated! Sorry it has taken so long to let you know I took your advice. My plate has been pretty full lately and I just got back to this today.
You are welcome.

I decided to go back and thank the guy who helped me when I first started because that advice to repeatedly tap the E key until something happens helped in lots of other places, including the tram jump so many people get stuck on and when some alien has me in his grip. I see it's you, glussier - the same one who helped me move the game off my SSD. So thanks again.
Hey Chasgrad, if you like Dead Space 2, you should try Dead Space 1 after you complete this one. I did like Dead Space 2 a lot, but I think that there is a lot more atmosphere in Dead Space 1.

I'll give it a try. Got them both at the same time for a pretty reasonable price.
- Anonymous12 years agoglussier --I am having the same issue trying to get into that other train. It doesn't matter how many times and at what pace I hit/press the "E" key. I have also tried it in combination with other keys, you name them! (space bar; both mouth keys; "F"; "R"; "W"; "D"; EVERY key!, but nothing seems to work. This is why The Crysis games seem to be so better than the Dead Space ones --and, by the way, I already finished Dead Space 1 some years ago.
Any help or advice will be SO MUCH appreciated :-( You might want to watch the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJtsgL0C0Oc
