I have the same issue, two days ago I got to the part where there should be a quarantine triggered just before meeting with Kyne at the hangar bay. After two days of trying, nothing works, so I went online to try to find a solution and I found that there are tons of players going through the same problem, the most recommended solution is to restart the game if you don't have any save file near to that chapter. This seems to be an old issue so I wonder when is EA going to finally push a patch or update that fixes this?

@Sin3a7er Yeah i get it, I did the same thing and went online to find workarounds. The reality is that there arent any further updates to this game and it would take quite a bit for them to make one. So, now what we have to do is find a workaround that does work. That will be a simple trial and error. Sadly what I noticed when the game was being updated was that after certain updates a new game would work but any current saved game would still have issues. Ultimately causing a new game with no old saves to be played anyway.
