I'd also love to know the answer to this. I have an older DVD version of the collection, the First Decade, but also many problems with Windows 10 and the like. While I have done the work arounds and can make it work, it's an annoying hassle and if the digital download will solve that, or let me avoid most that hassle, then I would happily pay for the Ultimate Edition.
