@MAST3RGRUBI think its damage against regular tanks, wildcats, RAMs, Brawlers, MAVs and air transports is fine. Ground vehicles and air transports are easy to hit and it bypasses APS; regular tanks and MAVs don't need the extra threat from it. That being said, TORs do need a longer range infantry counter.

It can 1shot people with the regular ammo type. The HP was nerfed to never 1shot a full HP person. IMO easy 1shot bodyshots are not fun and this nerf was deserved, but it also does need a buff against non-transport air.

Being able to 2shot helicopters was not a bit overpowered, it was very overpowered, and 3shotting them is also on the high side. IMO 4shotting (specifically, ~30 damage) with a mild velocity reduction would be fine.
