I cannot redeem retail game codes on origin... Please help me?

Hello. I recently got started on Origin, mostly because it gives free games away! I was amazed to discover, that you can use retail game codes, and redeem them in origin! So, i used my Red Alert 3 code, and got an Origin copy of it! But i had a problem with Command and Conquer 3...

I had purchased the package, containing Command and Conquer 3, with the expansion (Kane's Wrath), original, in retail. The code has not been used (unless someone somehow guessed mine and used it). But regardless how many times i tried, i can get neither of these appear in my Origin account, as they should, when i tried to redeem their code.

I cannot deal with the original discs and their DRM, it's totally inconvenient and consumer hostile/unfriendly. Please help me, i want their origin copy, please? If you want, i can provide you with ID and/or game box/manual/code photos.

And successfully registered my game. I even got (and kept safe) an email titles: "

EA Game Registration for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars(TM) *includes Kane Edition.‏"

It even contains a game hint.

BUT... After traversing through my account, it says games owned: 0 (ZERO)! JUST WHERE did my newly registered game go?

But it always says upon password entering: Invalid Info. And trying to recover either username or password, leads you to a wrong url.

WHERE IS my game? HOW can i play it? It appears neither on my origin, nor in my ea account. Now i am furious, i demand some help. Just what is all this mess and labyrinthine, full of tentacles, customer service?
