The exploding issue... it's an annoying one. Basically it's Westwood's old copy-protection system that occasionally acts up on these full hard disk installs. It was supposed to be triggered by installing the game on one PC and then copying that entire installed game folder over to another PC (thereby evading the serial number check normally done by the CD installer). Then on the second PC, the stuff would blow up if you play.
As was mentioned in that thread, make sure to run the game as administrator. Without that, certain checks the game tries to do will always fail, and this can cause the copy protection to trigger. To do that, go to the game folder and open the properties (right-click -> Properties) of all files that are Applications, and in the Compatibility tab of the program's setings, enable "Run this program as an administrator". There are going to be a bunch of these; RA2.exe; Yuri.exe (or RA2MD.exe), game.exe, gamemd.exe, and there might in fact be more. (The ".exe" part of the files will not be visible unless you enable extensions in Windows
If you don't know how to get to the game folder, open the Origin menu and select "Application Settings". In the settings screen, go to the "Advanced" section. Copy the address in the grey box, paste it in your Windows file explorer's address bar, and press [enter]. In the folder where you end up you will see the actual installation folders of your games.
If simply running as administrator doesn't help, I've heard that sometimes, simply reinstalling the game seems to do the trick. My brother had to reinstall it 2-3 times before it stopped doing that though.

it still didnt work running as administrator. i tried to uninstall/reinstall a few times and still nothing. do you think maybe if i just delete all of it even from origin and repurchase it on origin it might work being that its bought and run on my laptop?

Nahh, you should never need to repurchase it. You can try deleting everything and then making origin fix/reinstall your game installation though.
As for the keygen thing that guy posted, that really won't matter; the Origin version doesn't even save the game's serial key into the registry in the first place (an oversight which, notably, makes LAN games malfunction on TUC)
As far as I know this missing serial in the registry doesn't have any real effect on the game, though. In fact, I don't think you even have an old-style Westwood serial for the game when installing through Origin.

Well,it worked for a little bit (uninstalling/reinstalling a few times.) but now I got to allied mission 6 and its blowing everything up again within the first few seconds.

Wow. You seem to have the worst luck with this. Have you always run the game as administrator? That seems to be one of the key ways to get it to behave.
I'd also advise not installing the C&C games in Program Files (you can set the Origin games folder in your Origin configuration); anything inside that folder doesn't get write acces to its own files without admin mode, so not using it helps these old games a lot.
