Nahh, you should never need to repurchase it. You can try deleting everything and then making origin fix/reinstall your game installation though.
As for the keygen thing that guy posted, that really won't matter; the Origin version doesn't even save the game's serial key into the registry in the first place (an oversight which, notably, makes LAN games malfunction on TUC)
As far as I know this missing serial in the registry doesn't have any real effect on the game, though. In fact, I don't think you even have an old-style Westwood serial for the game when installing through Origin.
Well,it worked for a little bit (uninstalling/reinstalling a few times.) but now I got to allied mission 6 and its blowing everything up again within the first few seconds.

Wow. You seem to have the worst luck with this. Have you always run the game as administrator? That seems to be one of the key ways to get it to behave.
I'd also advise not installing the C&C games in Program Files (you can set the Origin games folder in your Origin configuration); anything inside that folder doesn't get write acces to its own files without admin mode, so not using it helps these old games a lot.
