Re: Banned for a Week

Maybe the xp on EA forums expires after a certain amount of time.

I think the xp slowly depletes on a 2 week basis. So the counter shows who had the most gained xp within a week or two.

    One thing is for sure:

    EA have very questionable business policies.

    If things were decided with good common sense, Battalia would at most have been blocked temporarily. He would have been back by now for a long time.

    Also, banning somebody for editing their posts too often is completely idiotic nonsense. I have never heard of any forum before which does that.

    @EA_dance210

    How about giving common sense more priority? Things tend to run better and smoother then.

    Who's going to get banned next, @xMaksuss? I'm asking you cause you might know who's most at risk and as a warning to posting/edit-your-post too much (you said before that you got a time out for correcting too many posts). I only place 4 to 5 topics/replies at a time, rarely going over 7 and not past 10. I might get banned for crossing the limit I'm not aware of. Its like I claimed the pads without knowing what the enemy is planning, and the next thing I knew, BOrcas came and claimed all the pads.

    It’s a glitch that shouldn’t be happening. No forum in the world would ban someone because they edited their posts unless they edited it to contain banned language or hate speech.

    EA, please fix this.

    But when is editing or posting too much? Ten times within an hour, 20 times or what? Tell me there is an upper limit to how many times a person can post/edit per hour. Anymore than that, it could be considered spamming.

    Why would it be considered spamming? No forum in the world the world does that.

    Maybe its because the person is editing too fast and too many at a time. Once in The Tiberium alliances forums I caught someone spamming the system so bad that I somehow got in the way. Two months later, the spamming somehow disappeared; I also lost interest in that game and that forums about 2 months later. It was the same time where I started playing C&C Rivals. If C&C Rivals fails, I would want EA to gather the scrap of this game and TA and make a 3rd sister game that has all the good game mechanics for both games.
