I don't even see a Game Details page link (is it even a link I'm looking for?) in My Games. And my copy of DAO is from a disc; will that effect anything?

I think I found what you're talking about, but DAO doesn't show up in My Games; perhaps b/c it's from a disc (as aforementioned)?

Ah, sorry for the initial misunderstanding. If you haven't done so already, try adding your DAO to Origin and see if more options show up then.
If you're still having issues, please contact support, they can take a look and sort our your downloads.
