Command and Conquer Tiberium Wars - Product Key

Hello, I am seeking assistance. I own Command and Conquer Tiberium Wars with Kain's Wrath. I have owned this game for a long time, I have the product key in the CD case, but I am being told that the key does not exist. Does this mean that I need to buy the game again? I also have the last decade Command and Conquer as well as Red Alert 3... all on CD with product keys. Can someone please help.

    @Vigilanty74 Those codes if activated on the same EA account you played them on previously should have turned into digital games in the EA App. If you check your library and the store and it does not show you the option to download, you would need to reach out to live support. They will be able to take a look at the code with you and go from there.

    • Select the game or EA App
    • Then select Platform
    • Manage my Account
    • Chose the appropriate option
