@11rh3239ktwaDid you already install the latest official v1.12 patch for your physical version of the game? You can download it here: https://cncnz.com/downloads/red-alert-3-downloads/#patches Does that solve your problem with the physical version?
Regarding the EA App version not working; I see it is just hanging on the blank login-screen of the EA App itself, it is not the game that is at fault. I see you are running Windows 7 from what I can see? Although Windows 7 is officially still supported by the EA App, it is quite old now, been unsupported for quite some time and puts you at a serious security risk. But I think this is simply a problem with the EA App that I encountered a while too and that it has probably nothing to do with you still running Windows 7; would advice to completely uninstall the EA App and then just redownload and re-install it. Then you have to login again and all should be perfect.
