Tells me my promo code has already been claimed

Yeah i got this promo code for Dragon Age2.

Back then i redeemed it on the bioware site.

Now when i try to redeem that code on my origin account it tells me, it has already been claimed.

I have no idea how to reclaim the content or move the code from my bioware to my origin account.
