It is in the cellar ... where the kitchen is, next to the library and wine storage !

There is a ideotic riddler, SAVE before you speak with him ,, after three times you will get a stupid WEAPON ,,, but it is more a joke, than useful

    Lol I explored all of Skyhold I thought? Or is it a new building you have to make? :P

    Very confusing place. Even with the fast travel.
