I've been having the same issue sense last year and they haven't fixed it yet I hope they do it soon for the Xbox one

Hey Everyone,
This error has a few factors and could mean a few different things. I will try to break down the main ones for everyone as not all know the reasons.
1. Due to the social.bioware.com site being down, the DA servers no longer have an authenticity server to check for that old profile/stats page so almost everyone will get that error.- This error does not actually affect any DLC, saves, or imports due to the version of the game being updated
2. You may get this error from basic connection issues which are typically temporary. but sometimes something just blocks that connection and you have to troubleshoot it.
This does not apply to all but the main two reasons. For those who have had this for long periods of time, more than likely the reason is number one on the list.
If you have an issue accessing DLC or saves, let me know what specifically happens, and we can take a look. I have this problem, so I can't import saves from DA Keep. If there was possibility to download from Keep and just save in DA:I.... Or there is some issue?

Hey, @Azmariell Can you break down more for us what is happening when you edit, save and import a save into the game?
