Can't get Trespasser DLC to start

Are you original DA:I and Trespasser from the same region, that's is the only reason I see that its not showing up.

 Are you logged into the Dragon Age servers so the content can authenticate?

If that's done, you should be able to start the mission on the war table. It's in Orlais at the Winter Palace.

I log in automatically but I've tried doing it manually and I don't encounter any issues for either way. My Black Emporium DLC has worked just fine on every play through, and I downloaded it the same day. 

Has the other Trespasser content been showing up in your game? The toggleable skill upgrades, etc? Just helps to know if it's just the quest that's not working or the whole thing.
Black Emporium is different, as it's free and available to everyone, not sure it even needs to be authenticated. 

As far as I can tell I don't have the toggle upgrades, maybe I don't know how to access them? I started another character and I'm almost finished with the main quest line. Is there a certain amount of power I need to have, or anything else other than finishing the story?

You don't have to do anything. If Trespasser is installed and authenticated, all abilities should have two upgrades instead of just one.

did you ever get it to work? i have the same issue, except for ALL the dlc. only the emporium works. nothing else.
