Do you have mods or a command line argument? if so remove those and see if that fixes it.
If not, exit the game, chose repair game in Origin on PC, or if on console, power down, unplug for 5 minutes, plug it back in and power on.

Nah I did all those things and the same result.
Easy fix though.
Just pick the other option and bear that almighty burden of Cass disapproving :P
Bit silly glitches like this still remain in this otherwise fantastic game.Did you level up when you were first given the opportunity? If you didn't, that may have triggered it.
