I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Crysis downloads, you can try the following steps:

• Reboot your PC
• Clear the EA Desktop app cache via the App Recovery
• Run EA Desktop as administrator
• Temporarily disable your anti-virus/firewalls
• Lower your UAC (User Acces Control) settings in Windows

Could you give it a go and let me know if it made a difference?

@EA_Jason I did all of your suggestions but no luck. I can download only Crysis 3 but not 2 and 1 ☹️ pls h elp

@EA_Jason Honestly frustrated. You responded in this thread five months ago and you couldn't help?? This game and its sequel is still bugged.

I have seen a similar message on other games @Wuffen22.

Usually reinstalling the app or trying this workaround does the trick. 

Could you let me know if that does anything for you? Otherwise I'd have to dig into this a little deeper. 

@EA_Jason I tried everything to download this game but I couldn't. I ended up with buying series x but this situation is unacceptable. People paying for your service to get product. It's been months and we still can not get what we paid for.

Agreed, it should definitely work. 

I just tried to download some Crysis games, but I didn't have any issues. Did you perform the workaround that I listed in my previous post and could you let me know if the Crysis games were added to your account?
