@EA_Jason Honestly frustrated. You responded in this thread five months ago and you couldn't help?? This game and its sequel is still bugged.

Usually reinstalling the app or trying this workaround does the trick.
Could you let me know if that does anything for you? Otherwise I'd have to dig into this a little deeper.
- @EA_Jason I tried everything to download this game but I couldn't. I ended up with buying series x but this situation is unacceptable. People paying for your service to get product. It's been months and we still can not get what we paid for.

Agreed, it should definitely work.
I just tried to download some Crysis games, but I didn't have any issues. Did you perform the workaround that I listed in my previous post and could you let me know if the Crysis games were added to your account?
