I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Crysis downloads, you can try the following steps:
- Reboot your PC
- Clear the EA Desktop app cache via the App Recovery
- Run EA Desktop as administrator
- Temporarily disable your anti-virus/firewalls
- Lower your UAC (User Acces Control) settings in Windows
