Re: Harlequin tag help

Got the last three by running around and if I fail or can't seem to find harlequin -> I load the game (I always save near the craftshop after catching one). Seems to be fastest way. Did not walk at all.

It's just about if it was decided before hand can you catch the harlequin or not.
