I got this error code along with the message Whoops- the installer encountered an error. I followed the help link and reset origin but kept getting the same message only now i can't even log in to origin because origin reinstalled and now treats me as a first time log in and I'm getting the 'cannot perform first time log in offline' message. Unable to play my games or get into origin. I'm a Mac user.
Ok I just deleted the entire origin app and re-downloaded it from the Origin website and everything seems to be working fine now
Did you have to re-download all your games and expansions? Not exactly swift internet for me here.
Nope. When I installed and opened Origin, the program just quickly verified all my Sims 4 files automatically. Took about as long as a game repair, just about 1 or 2 minutes. Then I was able to play as normal. Didn't have to re-download anything. And I've got a number of packs.
I tried that and it still wont work, any other ideas?

If you have this error 20;403 your address may have been blocked on the server. If so, you might be able to evade the block by restarting your cable or DSL modem to get a new address,maybe works.🤔

what about for not mac laptops
