I bought the sims4 lovestruck pack but it still says buy it

Hey,&nbsp;I bought The sims 4 lovestruck pack today, but it still says buy.&nbsp;now i'm I from the Netherlands and I can pay with klarna I thought maybe that was the problem first.&nbsp;so i went to EA Help to ask if i could cancel it but they said i couldn't because it is already paid..&nbsp;now i dont know what to do because i already deleted&nbsp; my sims cc and my sims4 itself, but it still says the same.&nbsp;I fr don't know what to do so pls help me&nbsp;SIDENOTE: i do have my game on a hard drive&nbsp;

Please clear the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if this pack is still showing as unowned for you.&nbsp;

@EA_Solairei clear it but still not showing up but in my sims4 game when i play it say that i already own it.
