EA can't process my payment
I am trying to buy a couple of new packs because of the Summer Sale. Every time I try to check out, I get this same error message. "That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." I am using debit cards. I have changed my payment method twice now, and I am still having problems. I also purchased something last week, with the same payment method, with no problems. I read somewhere that enabling international purchases on the card would work. It is already set to enable international purchases. I am in my billing region right now. Theoretically, there should be no problem. How can I fix this?SWBF2 won't launch through steam - EA app glitches
So today all of the sudden my BF2 won't launch, starting the game up from steam like I used to gives me preparing game pop up for like 2-3 minutes then it says the server timed out or some dumb thing like that. Launching through EA app yields the same result. I did not change anything or update any software/hardware and everything worked without issues for months. Screenshot of the error attached and yes, I am connected to the internet. Why is EA app so [CM edit] problematic isn't EA a multi million dollar company? How can their companion app be so [CM edit] bad.13Views0likes2CommentsMy internet only doesn’t work for EA games

When I try to launch EA FC26, the EA application sometimes opens, freezes, and closes, or it closes without any warning. It appears in Task Manager for a few seconds and then closes. I've tried everything. I've watched many videos on YouTube, contacted EA live support, but nothing has fixed it.38Views0likes3CommentsSubject: Battlefront 2 isn't downloading via EA App
I’m having a major issue downloading Star Wars Battlefront II via the EA App through my Epic Games account. When I first started the download, it caused Windows File Explorer (file manager) to crash/freeze entirely, and I had to manually restart the PC. After that, the download reached 2%, but now it is stuck on the "Preparing" stage and has been like that for over an hour. I have already tried reinstalling the EA App, but the issue persists. The download simply won't progress past 2% and the "Preparing" status.SolvedApp is faulty, unreliable & keeps players from launching games
I’m kicked out of the app every time time even though I always select to keep me logged in. Even with high speed Internet there’s constant issues connecting to the servers or updating in less than three hours. Half the time the app doesn’t even open correctly and I have to use the repair system which by all appearances just redownloads the app that’s already taking up way too much space for something that serves no purpose other than launching a pre purchased game. Not to mention ea forces you to use this extremely faulty app to open up any of those games even though they open them up independently when origin still existed. How has all this time past since they shut down origin and still no actual effort has been made to make the platform even the slightest bit reliable for people who never wanted to be your customers to begin with. If there was a way to disconnect the games that I purchased years ago from this terrible platform I wouldn’t a heartbeat.Server encountered a mysterious error...
Yesterday, when I tried booting up the EA app, I got this error message: "Something went wrong. The server has encountered a mysterious error. Try again in a little bit." every time I boot up the app it stays like this for a couple of seconds: ...and then immediately cuts to this: I decided I would wait a bit to see if the issue resolves itself, but to no avail. I still can't connect to EA's servers and still can't play any of the games I paid for. Does anyone know how to fix this? I couldn't find any recent or relevant info about this online.Solved122Views3likes7CommentsThe application has encountered an unexpected error.
I am having a serious issue launching EA SPORTS FC 26 through Steam, and I'm hoping someone here might have a solution. How it started: When I first bought and installed the game, everything worked perfectly fine. However, I later decided to use FIFA Mod Manager and Live Editor to install some basic mods (mainly player faces, kits, transfer updates, and player edits). Right after that, the game stopped launching entirely and has been crashing ever since. The Error: Every time I try to launch the game, it triggers the Crash Report Handler window showing a memory dump file. What I have already tried (Unsuccessfully): - Completely deleted all mods, Mod Manager, and Live Editor from my PC. - Uninstalled the game and re-installed a clean version via Steam multiple times. - Checked and confirmed that Secure boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled and active in my BIOS. - Cleared Steam and EA App caches, and verified game files via steam. - Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat service. - Cleaned up remaining game folders in steamapps/common and checked the Documents folder. If anyone has encountered this and knows how to completely fix it to get the game running again, please let me know. Thank you so much in advance!
