"App not starting" issue
Outsourcing help to a user forum is awful and doesn't actually solve any issues. I'm having the "App not starting" issue. Yes i've reinstalled, yes with and without the REVO uninstaller. Yes i've restarted my PC. I've done all the typical things anyone would go through when doing basic troubleshooting. This is clearly a bigger problem and we need a proper support team to help actually fix the problem. This forum is useless, the answers are useless. If we can't actually fix the problem I would like a refund for all games I have. I can't access them anyway why should you have my money? CM edit: edited title for clarity.

My account hacked and the support helped me to get my account back but still one more problem in my account, the hacker used he's number in my account to recover the account and to stole it again the support team helped me a lot and they can't to remove his number, I asked for help please! when I try to delete his number, I being asked to receive a code on this number, what should I do! Don't my account go away !!!! I paid a lot in APEX LEGENDS game

I am using a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio running Windows 11, newly purchased, and all of my EA games so far (NFS Most Wanted and Bejeweled 3) have failed to launch with an error message saying "This game will not run in a virtual environment". I have turned off all Virtualization on the machine, Hyper-V and Device Guard and this issue is still cropping up. Please can you help me play the games I have purchased.
Unable to Purchase FC 25 While Subscribed to EA Play Pro
Hello, I am currently an EA Play Pro subscriber with access to FC 25 as part of my subscription. However, I noticed that FC 25 is currently on sale, and I would like to purchase it permanently. Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to buy the game, likely because it is already included in my subscription. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to take advantage of the sale and own the game permanently, regardless of my subscription status. Thank you for your help. I look forward to your response.No internet?
My EA app won't let me update my Sims 4. I have tried contacting costumer support twice, but they couldn't help me. It is stuck on 2% and then says I don't have any internet connection, even though everything else works on the app with internet (i.e. I could buy new packs). This has been going on for about a month now.
