Cloud data corrupted, even offline saving not working
Hello! My problem is that I can't get my game save files from the server, it just says that the cloud files are corrupted. EC 10607 I've changed my connection settings to manual and I've cleared the offline cache. Also Mirror's edge does start, but I cannot save the game. Mirrors's Edge Catalyst doesn't start at all. Mass Effect Legendary edition givers the error code after taking ages to try and load the data! I tried to play offline, still there's no possibility of saving the games. I've bought ME 3 copies, ME 2 3 copies, ME 3 I have 3 or 4 copies, plus I have ME legendary edition (I've also spent a lot of money on the DLC's earlier on... and it sucks that I can't save. Basically makes the game unplayable, since my old saves don't even work. Best regards Juha / Jazzimus
Custom Avatar not Working
I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.
EAappinstaller for PC is not responding
I recently bought Star Wars zero company for PC. As this is my 1st electronic arts game, I downloaded Windows 11 "EAappinstaller.exe" from https://www.ea.com/ea-app#downloads. However, when I run it, I get a small black box. If I leave it running, nothing happens and when I click it, Windows will say that app is not responding. Please find the attached video: A user on Reddit suggest that I download the program through steam by installing Sim4. When I tried, the same behaviour… A small black box and if I click it, windows will say app is not responding. Please find the attached picture: Things that I tried: re-download the program, updating my C++ to the latest version, Running in administrator, rebooting my system, Pausing my antivirus! I don't know what to do. Please help My CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265K, my GPU with the latest drivers: GeForce RTX 5070 Ti

Hey EA, I bought EA PLAY PRO+ They alrdy take the 17,99 from my bank and in my status there is a double payment, The first payment is still on PENDING The 2nd payment is on Completed.. But i still cant do anything with EA PLAY PRO, Cant download anything, he still says i dont own ea play pro, Please help me its alrdy a long term now.. Thank u
Battlefield 6 hours played got reset in EA app.
After the latest update I noticed EA app started to show my hours played for BF6 wrong. I didn't delete the game or changed anything. I am level 251 in BF6 and had like 350+ hours as far as I remember but it now shows 3 hours played. I also noticed it now shows as Battlefield in the EA app not as Battlefield 6. Is the hours data stored locally? Is there a way I can see the hours I had before it got reset? Is this fixable? Please help.
Do I have to download the game twice ?
I have a PC and a laptop I already asked if I can play the game from both machines ( not at the same time ) and I the community said that it is doable now I need to know if there is a way to copy the game files on the second PC without downloading the whole game again ?
EA app not installing
Hi there world! I am having issues installing the EA app. I have done all the troubleshooting I can think of and have spoken to 2 agents at EA and done troubleshooting with them but so far nothing has worked. Things I have tried: Running EA installer directly from the Sims 4 play in Steam. Downloading and running the installer from the EA website. Running installer as administrator. Removing add icon to desktop in the install options. Turning off all other startup programs minus Windows. Doing some kind of thing in command prompt (was to do with winsock but can't remember off the top of my noggin). Making a test local administrator account and attempting install under that profile. Removing Windows Defender and all firewalls. Many a reboot, always a fail, same error every time. (see attached image) I just want to play Sims and I'm not sure what else to do, and r/thesims4 told me to come here. Please help, and thank you in advance. I redeemed the game on September 8 and received confirmation that the redemption was successful. However, after downloading the EA app, I found that the game had not been added to my library. I contacted customer support several times. The support representatives confirmed that the game had indeed been redeemed on my account and assured me that I would be able to play it normally once it was released. However, even today, the game is still missing from my library. Purchasing the Ultimate Edition has been completely pointless! Repeatedly contacting customer support has also achieved nothing. In fact, I have been contacting support since September 11, yet the issue remains unresolved to this day. I have already tried restarting the EA app, clearing the cache, and several other troubleshooting methods, but none of them worked.
