we've noticed your computer is not connected to the internet
I recently bought madden 26 on my PC. I have been playing Madden 24 for the past two years and play it somewhat regularly on my PC (it has been working fine other than being slow). I bought Madden 26 and when i tried to play it I got a message saying "we've noticed your computer is not connected to the internet" along with some other stuff. My network connection is fine. I have tried everything that the youtubers have thrown out there. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my modem, reset my PC, manually allow firewall access, reset network settings, etc. and still no luck. So i decided to try opening Madden 24 and now it is doing the same thing. What is happening? every time it crashes out, it gives the error code i've mentioned above and then the EA app says "the game didnt launch due to an error on our end, try again later". WHEN IS LATER? WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?10Views0likes0Comments[INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!Solved1.8KViews11likes105CommentsGame won't launch
Game bought on Steam several years ago, ME Andromeda (despite the tepid overall reception it's one of only a few games I leave installed on my system year after year), started playing again this past week or so. Worked fine until a few days ago, now upon attempting to launch I get "preparing game" for a minute or two then the launcher simply stops trying to load it. This app sucks. Edit: as I write this, the game suddenly launched about 10 minutes after I clicked the launch button. Yep, that's quite the launcher they've put together there.31Views0likes0CommentsEA ERROR
i tried starting the game last night, and sims would not open up it would come off screen as if it would start and go right back to the EA app and says that It's an issue on your end. I tried repairing, updating, and restarting, but nothing works. I would greatly appreciate if this can be sorted out. i added an attachment to show what im talking about.Failed to launch game - error on our end
I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder in my program files, tried running as administrator, tried everything else people mentioned. I forced a game update, an app update, and all produced no results. What is the point of having a game you can't open? I never had this problem before the app. Yes, my new laptop meets and exceeds all requirements. Running Windows 11. What else can I do? And if the error is on EA Games end, why can't they fix it?1.4KViews21likes52CommentsAll EA games crash on launch! Can't play any games.
Any game I launch on the EA app will not launch, either through the launcher or the .exe directly. This issue began when I replaced my computer's motherboard for a different model, last month. When launching most games, I immediately get a crash report, which says: Dumping started... Dumping finished. File: C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\Crashdumps\PACKER_... .dmp Finished. Here is what I've tried so far to fix the problem: Troubleshooting steps for uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing/updating EA Javelin Anticheat outlined on https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ Disabled all non-Microsoft services in msconfig and all startup apps in Task Manager (had to keep EA Background Service enabled to use EA App) Cleared temp files from %Temp%, system scans using "sfc /scannow" and DISM Fully uninstalled the EA App and individual games using Revo Uninstaller (as was suggested by a support agent), restarted computer, and reinstalled the EA App and individual games Checked that my GPU drivers, chipset drivers, and BIOS are all up-to-date Here are my computer's specs: GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X RAM: 64 GB DDR5 6600MHz I don't experience this problem with any of my other game launchers, and because of this I'm currently unable to play any of my purchased games belonging to the EA launcher. Have talked to support a few times now but unfortunately still no solution to this issue. Note: I've tried launching Need for Speed: Unbound, which I don't believe uses EA Anti-Cheat. I don't get a crash report when starting that game, but the game window never opens and the process immediately closes.386Views2likes6CommentsXbox Account already linked to a disabled EA account
I recently got games pass and need to link my xbox account to my current EA account. The problem is when I try to do this EA tells me the xbox account is already linked to an "to your EA Account for 0f*****@disabled.ea.com". So how am I suppose to unlink it from that account if it is disabled and can't be signed into? I have tried multiple support tickets and they have all been closed with no replies or resolutions from support. I also cannot seem to open a chat - always seeing a screen saying advisors dont support this issue. So as it stands, my xbox account cannot be used with EA as it is linked to another EA account that doesn't exist. Any help would be appreciated!"Unable to Launch EA Game Battlefield 2042 - Issue After PC Restart"
"Hello, yesterday I shut down my PC and went to work. Today, after coming back and trying to launch Battlefield 2042, I encountered an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA application, but the issue still persists. Is this a common issue affecting other users as well?"59Views0likes0CommentsEA app wont actually launch games.
I know im not the only one with this problem, and I'm pretty tired of it being ignored. yesterday I could launch and play games normally, in fact with very little input from the EA app as it appeared. I would open steam, hit play on a game, it would launch and run perfectly (with an EA app window open in the background) today I turn my pc on, and am greeted with the EA app telling me I am logged out and I need to log in again, so I log in... go to launch a game, it starts to Launch, then the EA app just re-opens itself and nothing happens, try launching through EA app, the app closes, then just opens again. I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, updating my pc, updating drivers, clearing cache, validating files, running EA app as administrator, downloading and running Microsoft visual c++ 2013 x64 12.0 etc. none of them work, and it is clear this is an EA problem as many others have said. why is this not your top priority? why haven't you fixed this as its clear people have been having this issue for a while now. I sold my ps4, moved to pc. I then paid good money for one of your games that i actually already payed for on the ps4, so that's twice I bought your game now. I'd really like to play it, I think that's fair, and your app that is apparently required to run it, is the only thing stopping me with no solution. It's pretty pathetic. and if you wont fix it, ill want a refund on every game I can't play.148Views3likes6Comments
