EA is not loading
Everytime i try to log into my ea to play sims, it always gets stuck at the loading screen. I logged off for literally two minutes and tried to get back on and it keeps saying there’s an error when nothing has changed. I’m on a mac so i force quit i restart my computer nothing is working i can’t log into it.
Time Played Rest to Zero since the Update
Since the recent update, my playtime hours have been reset to 0. I had my game offline and not set to update automatically, but the EA App kept forcing the issue, which I kept rejecting. Then, on Thursday, I updated my game. It did not recognise all the packs I had, and I had to re-download them. I cleared the EA App cache and re-downloaded all the DLC's. From there, I noticed that my played hours had been reset. I thought it might need 'time' to register the hours from my profile, so I continued to play, hoping this would be rectified. To date, this has not happened. I went from over 18000 hours to 5 hours (which is the time I was streaming The Sims 4) and as of today, 24 hours played only. I'm attaching screenshots of my hours in February 2026 (I don't normally take a screenshot - didn't know how important that was going to be!), but I found one from the 27th of February 2026 showing that I had 17005 hrs and 26 minutes played. EA SPORTS College Football 27 on Steam (App ID 4032350, Build ID 24253857), Windows 11 Home 25H2 build 26200.8875. The game launches successfully exactly once after a full EA app sign-out and fresh sign-in. Every subsequent launch returns to the Steam Play button with no error and no game window. Steam file verification completed with only 2 files reacquired. Official EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe (18,607 KB, dated 7/30/2026) is in place. No mods applied and no mod tools running during these tests. No lingering CollegeFB27 or EAAntiCheat processes after exit. Restarting the EA app with EADesktop.exe and EABackgroundService.exe ended does not restore launching — only a full sign-out/sign-in does. EA anti-cheat and launcher files were modified 7/30/2026 despite no Steam build change. Has anyone else seen this since the July 30 anti-cheat/launcher update? Looking to confirm whether this is EA-side?
EA app on MAC not launching
EA app will open in the background but not launch. I have already tried clearing cache and cookies but that does not help. I am able to open the EA app only after I uninstall and reinstall it but it won't allow me to open up my Sims 4, has been saying an update is required but when I click update I get the terms and conditions and when I agree to that nothing happens. I have tried to click on repair in the app and nothing happens then and also uninstall but nothing moves forward. I'm at a loss for what to do.

everyone said need to log in with administrator password but this window come after we put the right password not coming from put wrong password And in addition, I also tried going to... I've open EA Swiss Sarl in App Background Activity already for mac setting -Files & Folders I've add Ea APP already -Full Disk Access I've add Ea App and open it already *but in Local network I did'n see anything about EA App, and it seems that adding network access will have to come from the app itself. I use Macbook Air M5, macOS Tahoe 26.6, and my Mac is up to date. I think I've provided enough details, and from what I've found in my research, other people have encountered this problem as well, and it's been around for a very long time. However, the problem remains unresolved; people simply disappear, choosing to delete the app entirely without any further action. If you require further details, I am happy to find and provide answers to prevent this problem from happening again and to benefit all players worldwide. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved.
EA PLAY PRO stops me downloading any games.
When trying to download games with my new EA pro play account it tells me that "You are not eligible to play this game" and that "you do not have access, we have cancelled the download because you do not own this game" Even though the games (F1 25 and college football 27 are available in the play pro store) Can you please find a solution to this quickly as I do not want to waste my money on a subscription that isn't working for half of the time.
