"You don't have access" error
So I am having a very strange problem. I bought 3 packs, Toddler stuff, Kids room stuff, and parenthood. I was able to download them fine. Then one day they randomly were not downloaded. I went to the EA app and queued them up to download but it said there was an "Unexpected issue" and to try again later. So I did and the same thing happened again and again and again. Flash forward a few months, now when I try to download them it says I don't have access since I "don't own the game' and i have the go to the game hub to get the game. I am still able to play the game and all my other packs work just fine, even ones I bought after those 3. My sims 4 has a bug, Ive dont trouble shooting, talking to someone at multiple forums and even with my mod folder removed i still have the issues. I was told to contact EA, I emailed months ago and never got a response about it though. I want to restart my game but i know i will have the same issue. Can someone help remove the bug? I downloaded the Life and death Pack a few hours ago, however when i hit download it stuck and wouldnt move past zero and eventually gave an error. I restarted my laptop (windows if that helps), cleared cache, did everything and nothing happened. Last option was to delete the EA app which i did after which it now refuses to download giving me the INST-14-12029 error. My wifi works perfectly so I know its not my network, please help me ive tried everything i paid and havent even gotten to play it.11Views0likes0CommentsThe add-on has disappeared
Hi, I have a problem...I bought a CD key from a website for The Sims 3 Seasons. (I have done this with three other add-ons from the same website and it worked). I clicked Redeem code, then I added the code and clicked confirm (it was accepted) and then clicked Download and then... nothing happened. I tried to add the code again, but it keeps telling me that the code has already been redeemed...but I can't find the add-on anywhere. What should I do?EA app + Sims 4 game keeps crashing
So at first I was able to play the game, I didn't do anything much really. I didn't use build mode, I didn't download or uploaded stuff to the gallery. I was simply just managing my sim. After 30 minutes the game crashes out of nowhere and ever since either the EA app refuses to open OR if the EA app does open, it refuses to launch the Sims 4. I tried multiple things, like repairing the game, checking my drivers which are up to date. Try playing in a clean user folder, uninstalling and reinstalling both the EA app and the Sims 4 games. Just as additional info: I don't use or have mods in the game files. Only thing that I did differently today compared to the last few days is the fact I pre-ordered the new game packGame doesn’t show in library
Hello, I’ve had Origin key for The Sims 3 and i’ve redeemed it through the EA app. The game started downloading and eventually stopped. After that it didn’t show anywhere in library. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists.
