@MochiCheI I don't know about whether the achievements carry over or not - I would assume they do not, myself - but in the worst case scenario you can just use the Steam Achievement Manager tool to force them to unlock manually.

I would note I think technically it's against Steam TOS? But everyone I've heard of using it, myself included, has never had an issue and I've never heard of issues with it. Just try not to open it while you have a Steam game open.
