10 months agoRe: EA Play Pro Membership was canceled due to payment method
Gotcha. Try this. Pull up a browser and clear all cache and history from all time.
Then close it open a new tab and go to Help.ea.com
Make sure you are not logged into the site. Then try the following. If they do not work, just change the options but stay logged out.
- Select the Games Support tab
- Select EA App or EA account
- Select See all help topics
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
