i have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game

i have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game. what to do?

    Sorry for the delayed reply here! 

    Please verify that you have the correct Xbox gamertag linked up to your EA account- you'll want to be sure the gamertag that owns the Game Pass subscription is linked. You can verify which gamertag you have linked up to your account by checking the Connections section on your account.

    If the correct gamertag is linked there, please also be sure your Game Pass membership is still active.

    I'm having the same issue. I have been playing for a few weeks now with no issue. Then today the issue started. No changes to my account and I have an active game pass. Only gives me the pop-up when trying to play mut solo or head to head

    I Did check my connection it says that I am connected to the right xbox account yet the same issue
