Hey everyone,
We're seeing this should now be resolved. Please try restarting the EA app and it should be loading normally at this point.

Thanks for the additional reports and information, everyone.
We're currently working on a fix for a related Origin issue that appears to be impacting the EA app with this profile error as well.
We're hoping to have that resolved shortly, so I'll provide further updates as we get more information. Thank you for the patience in the meantime.
